- Ceremonial is first-flush and smooth enough to drink with just water. Café-grade is selected to hold its profile under milk and ice.
- How fresh is your matcha?
- Every lot ships with a harvest date. We import current spring harvests and rotate stock, so you're never served last year's crop.
- How many servings will a 30 g tin make?
- About 15 servings at 2 g per bowl — roughly $1.30 a cup for our entry lot. A 100 g tin runs about 50 servings, and cafés typically move to 500 g bags or larger.
- How fast does it ship?
- Orders leave Orlando, Florida, with domestic transit of 2–4 business days after dispatch. U.S. shipping is $5.95; free on orders over $50.
